Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our support team before ordering.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges on unopened and unused products only. All liquids (adhesives, primers, lash shampoos) are excluded from exchanges.
Exchange conditions:
- Product must be in original packaging
- Product must be completely unused
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Adhesive Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange for adhesives with manufacturer defects only.
Requirements:
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery
- Adhesive must have been stored properly (cool, dry place)
- Photo or video proof of defect required
- Approved exchanges will be replaced with the same adhesive at no cost
- No refunds or product substitutions
