All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products.

We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact our support team before ordering.

We accept exchanges on unopened and unused products only. All liquids (adhesives, primers, lash shampoos) are excluded from exchanges.

Exchange conditions:

• Product must be in original packaging
• Product must be completely unused
• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We offer a one-time exchange for adhesives with manufacturer defects only.

Requirements:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery
• Adhesive must have been stored properly (cool, dry place)
• Photo or video proof of defect required
• Approved exchanges will be replaced with the same adhesive at no cost
• No refunds or product substitutions
