🔁 Returns & Refunds

 

 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products. Please double-check your order before placing it.

 

 

♻️ Exchanges

 

 

We are happy to offer exchanges on unopened, unused products (excluding liquids such as adhesives, primers, and lash shampoos). To be eligible for an exchange:

 

  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 

 

Please note: Liquids are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

 

 

🔒 Adhesive Exchange Policy

 

 

If you experience a manufacturer defect with your adhesive, we offer a one-time exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

To qualify for an adhesive exchange:

 

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • The adhesive must have been stored properly (cool, dry place)

  • You must provide a photo or video proof of the issue

 

 

Approved adhesive exchanges will be replaced with a new bottle of the same adhesive, free of charge. No refunds or substitutions.
